So for the past two days we have been going over how to interact with customes while making them feel “happy” about their experience. So that means you’re not allowed to call them stupid even when they are. One of the ex. given was a lady called in because she couldn’t get something to work on her computer. The problem? She had the cd in upside down. i’m sorry but that seems to be one of those things you would check and, if you didn’t know how it should go in surely there is someone who knows how that is in close proximity to you. But it gives the emphathy statement of, “That’s ok. It happens all the time.” No it doesn’t. It’s like when people would call in to program their cellphones and not know what the # key was. We would have to explain that is was the key bellow the 9 button.
Since according to training their are a great deal of you people out there who do not know basic things I only have one question. How do you survive? I only ask this because it’s safe to assume that you don’t know the correct way to put a cd in or what the # key is then there must be tons of other small things you don’t know. Life must be rough for you and, I’m sorry. If need be I will host a common sense class just for you.
